Help with phobias
Phobias are among the fastest things to shift in this room β often because there is one clear moment where the fear was learned.

Common phobias worked with here
Needles and blood, dogs, heights, vomiting, spiders, enclosed spaces, dentists, and specific medical procedures. Needle phobia in particular comes up often, since it blocks blood tests, vaccinations and surgery.
- Needles, blood and medical procedures
- Animals β dogs, spiders, birds
- Heights, lifts and enclosed spaces
- Vomiting (emetophobia) and choking
Find the first fear, remove the charge
Most phobias trace to an early event, sometimes one you had forgotten. EMDR removes the emotional charge from that memory; hypnosis then rehearses the situation calmly until the body stops predicting disaster.
Short, focused, finished
Phobia work is typically two to six sessions. It has a clear endpoint, and it is not open-ended therapy dressed up as a phobia treatment.
Common questions
Will I have to face the thing I am afraid of in session?+
Not physically. Processing and rehearsal happen in the room; real-world contact happens on your terms afterwards.
Can you treat emetophobia?+
Yes. It is more involved than most phobias because it drives eating, travel and health behaviours, so allow more sessions.
I need a blood test soon. Can this be done quickly?+
Needle phobia is often the fastest of all. Tell me the date on the intro call and we will plan around it.
