Getting here

🚗 By car

Free on-street parking is usually available along Wilson Street and the surrounding roads (Traffic Street, Osmaston Road). Chapel Street multi-storey and Bold Lane car park are both a 5-minute walk. Please allow 5 extra minutes at peak times.

🚆 By train

Derby station is a 10-minute walk. Head up London Road, turn left onto Traffic Street, then right onto Osmaston Road — Wilson Street is the second on the left.

🚌 By bus

The Morledge and Cockpitt Hill bus stops are a 3–5 minute walk. Most Trentbarton and Arriva services into Derby city centre stop within a short walk.

On arrival

  1. Walk up the stone steps to the purple front door numbered 72.
  2. Press the buzzer for Room 6 on the intercom panel to the right.
  3. Push the door when you hear the click and take the stairs to the first floor.
  4. James will meet you — no waiting room queue, no receptionist.

Accessibility & comfort

The clinic is on the first floor and reached via a flight of stairs — please get in touch before your first appointment if that's an issue and we'll arrange an online session or a suitable alternative. The room is quiet, softly lit, and set up for one-to-one therapy, not a medical setting.
