Who I am

Anything Is Possible Therapy ("AIP Therapy", "I", "me") is a sole-practitioner therapy practice run by James Harris, based at AIP Therapy, Room 6, 72 Wilson Street, Derby DE1 1PL. I am the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in my work with clients.

What I collect

• Enquiry data: name, email, phone (optional) and the message you send via the contact form.
• Client records: for booked clients only — session notes, contact of your GP if agreed, and payment records. Held in line with BACP guidance.
• Technical data: anonymous analytics about site usage (see the cookie policy).

Why I hold it

Enquiry data is used only to respond to your enquiry. Client records are held for legitimate interest (safe clinical practice) and legal obligation (insurer and professional-body requirements). Session notes are kept for 7 years after the end of therapy, then securely destroyed.

Who it's shared with

Nobody, except where required by law (safeguarding, court order) or with your explicit consent (e.g. writing to your GP). Enquiry data is stored in secure, UK/EU-hosted systems. Email notifications are handled by Web3Forms for delivery only.

Your rights
