Help with low self-esteem
You cannot affirm your way out of a belief that was installed by experience. The belief has to be met where it was formed.

Beliefs are learned, not chosen
'I am not enough' is rarely a conclusion you reasoned your way to. It is usually the residue of specific experiences β a parent, a classroom, a relationship, a redundancy. That is why arguing with it in adult logic changes nothing.
- Apologising reflexively
- Discounting praise, absorbing criticism
- Over-functioning to justify your place
- Choosing relationships that confirm the belief
Working at the level of the memory
EMDR-informed work targets the scenes where the belief was set. Hypnotic work installs the replacement at the same depth, so the new belief has some weight behind it rather than being a slogan.
What changed self-worth actually looks like
Not confidence theatre. Usually it is smaller: saying no without a paragraph of justification, accepting a compliment, applying for the job, leaving the relationship that was never going to work.
Common questions
Is this just confidence coaching?+
No. Coaching works on behaviour; this works on the belief underneath it, which is why it holds.
How many sessions?+
Usually six to twelve, because self-worth work touches several memories rather than one.
Can hypnotherapy install confidence?+
It can strengthen a new belief, but only once the old one has been addressed. Skipping that step is why suggestion-only approaches fade.
