Do you prescribe sleeping tablets?+
No. Medication is a GP matter. This work is designed to sit alongside anything you are already taking.
How quickly might sleep improve?+
Many clients report a change within two or three weeks. Long-standing insomnia with anxiety underneath takes longer.
Does the hypnosis recording actually help?+
For most clients it becomes the most-used part of the work, because it is available every night without an appointment.
